It was created by the 8 councils making up the Lower Deba region and provides a public service to the citizens, companies and councils of the region, collaborating with the promoting councils themselves, with the regional councils, the Basque Government, the employment office (INEM), the Spanish government and the European Union.

Debegesa has a multidisciplinary team and its quality system is certified under UNE EN ISO 9001:2000 in all areas of its activity through the BVQI and is in the middle of an improvement process, which conforms to the EFQM model. Likewise, it has implemented a comprehensive risk prevention management system.

What do we do? Promote sustainable growth in the region, by transforming local needs into specific actions for improvement.

For whom? For the councils themselves, for new entrepreneurs, for companies and individuals, all of them in the Lower Deba region.

How do we do it? By mobilising human and material resources and proactively adding value.
