DEBEGESA, as a revitalising agent in regional development, considers launching innovative initiatives to encourage the creation of innovative business projects which adapt to the reality of our environment to be of utmost importance.

On the one hand, we seek to identify and encourage potential innovative business ventures through the Business Angels network and, on the other hand, to attract potential local private investors; with the aim of setting up meetings between serious entrepreneurs and motivated investors, helping them to reach an agreement to set-up new companies and create employment which will affect economic and social prosperity in the Lower Deba.

The “Business Angel” has two basic functions, firstly it provides some of the funding required by the business venture and secondly, it guides the entrepreneur using its experience and contacts. In short, in exchange for an agreed profit, the investor transfers his intellectual and social capital to the entrepreneur and covers part of their financial needs.
